Five-student first round
- Ask 2 students using Android, 2 using iPhone and 1 using a laptop if available.
- Share the volunteer pilot page and ask students to use a sample or redacted result sheet.
- Test opening the file picker, reading grades and subjects, minimum field counts and locked recognized fields.
- Ask students to fill the device and pass/partial/fail selectors. No personal details or real marks in comments.
- Students download their anonymous feedback text locally and check it before sending it to the coordinator.
Critical checks for the coordinator
- Compare automatic subject grades with a separately held official result sheet, without forwarding that sheet to the assistant or volunteer group.
- Check that Physical Science 6-of-9 and Non-ICT 5-of-7 recognition behave as expected.
- Confirm OCR-locked fields cannot be changed by students; only uncertain fields remain editable.
- Do not publish or circulate screenshots containing student identities.
- Do not invite volunteers to enter real phone numbers or use Final Submit.
What is not enabled
This package does not enable OTP, DEKMA storage, publication, or Final Submit. It is not a production student registration site. Deployment to the separate preview project is required before students can open it on a shared link.
